"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go"
T. S. Eliot

Why I Run

Technology keeps advancing so fast. A lot faster than what we can realize. It makes our life easier and more sedentary. We could live sitting in our coach and we could do almost anything without having to get up! We are forgetting exercise is a very important part of everybody's life. We eat, we work, we rest, we pray, we exercise, and we rest. We want to be healthy and enjoy all the things we do everyday. We need to teach our children that exercise needs to be part of our daily activities. If we live a sedentary life, our bodies will atrophy and will not be able to work properly.
Babies learn to crawl, then they get up and start walking, and before we know it, they are running. No manual required. We learn to do some things by trial and error. We try it, if it works we keep it, if it doesn't we try something else.
Motivation to run does not lack at home. Sometimes, I feel very tired and have no energy to get out and run. But, I just 'do it.' Once I get outside and start moving I forget how tired I was feeling! and then I feel that I did it!
