I keep reading McDougall's Born to Run book and I keep convincing myself of the benefits of barefoot running. I attached my foot-pod to my ankle and started running on the treadmill. I just ran for about 10 minutes. I will try to add more barefoot running sessions to my training and see how it goes. I was hit by the flu and I was feeling like crap yesterday. I tried to rest as much as possible, and I feel a little bit better this morning.
