It’s winter season, you have
registered for a marathon in the spring and it may be too cold to run on a
track. This workout should be done once a week.
You can increase the number of Yasso’s each week. Do an 800 and then jog
for one lap. That means 8 MPH for two laps and then 4 MPH for one lap.

Speed. Most treadmills work with speeds (not pace). This is the speed you need to run the 800 m.
